1:33:56 PM Chairman Skinner Call to Order. Present were Commissioners Skinner, Murdock, and White, Deputy County Attorney Greg Sullivan and Acting Clerk to the Board Stephanie Young.
1:34:02 PM Chairman Skinner Agenda Announcement: Regular agenda Item #8: Public Hearing and Decision Regarding Substantial Completion of Construction Projects on the Gallatin County Regional Park - has been continued, date uncertain. Also, announced that the Commission will need to conclude comment by 4:30p.m., as they are to attend a meeting this evening.
1:34:57 PM Chairman Skinner Public comments on any matters within the Commission's jurisdiction. Dick O'Connor spoke on behalf of Four Parks in regards to regular agenda Item #8 and stated that they are not in favor of this issue.

3:37:20 PM Deputy County Attorney Greg Sullivan Advised the commission, "That if you are to place a covenant on there against further subdivision, I would suggest that you do that in (Covenants)#10, and have that be a County required covenant."
3:37:41 PM Commissioner Murdock I move that we approve this subdivision subject to the conditions presented by staff and as amended to include the amendment to Condition #9 involving the fire protection and then an addition to (Condition) #10, which is the covenants that can only be amending with the consent of the governing body to include a prohibition against further subdivision of the property.
